Very warm to hot and sunny with some cumulus and altocumulus locally. Weak congestus to the southwest later.

A thunderstorm moved up the Far North Coast during the afternoon. It was a low topped cell but some nice structure observed during a local storm chase at Ballina.

Met up with Rodney Wallbridge later in the afternoon. Some interesting structure was observed from the weakening activity approaching Ballina.
