METSAT IMAGERY AT 202300Z7 INDICATES THAT A CIRCULATION CENTER IS LOCATED NEAR 6.7S3 130.3E7. THE SYSTEM IS MOVING WESTWARD AT 11 KNOTS. 3. REMARKS: THE AREA OF CONVECTION PREVIOUSLY LOCATED NEAR 6.6S2 132.0E6 IS NOW LOCATED NEAR 6.7S3 130.3E7, APPROXIMATELY 200 NM EAST-NORTHEAST OF TIMOR IN THE BANDA SEA. ANIMATED VISIBLE AND INFRARED SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES INCREASED ORGANIZATION OF THE CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE LLCC.
