GLOBAL TROPICAL CYCLONE TRACKS - MARCH 1998 SOUTH INDIAN OCEAN (SIO) - South Indian Ocean West of Longitude 90E NOTE: The tracking and intensity information for South Indian Ocean Basin tropical cyclones is based upon operational warnings from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center of the U.S. Air Force and Navy on the island of Guam.
